CORNBROOK

Cornbrook, a rivulet which rises in the township of Openshaw, parish of Manchester, hundred of Salford, and, winding through Ardwick and Chorlton Row, falls into the Irwell at Hulme. This brook serves as a feeder to the Bridgewater Canal.
